Love my new North Face jacket and getting a 15% discount on my first order was great. My order was delivered very quickly.
Update 15/09/26. Prompt and efficient response from Caroline at Dekked who organised replacement jacket to be delivered with 24 hours. I’m now satisfied with my purchase and have altered my rating to reflect this
Warning! Not sure what is going on with this company but clearly something is - ordered a jacket 13 days ago which is yet to arrive, tried to contact customer service via e-mail ( there’s no phone number of course ) multiple times with absolutely no reply ( their ‘chat’ service seems to be permanently offline) . Now pursuing a refund without much hope of success, £97 down the drain. Don’t waste your money

We're glad we were able to get in touch with you to help resolve this! As discussed, your original parcel was unfortunately lost in transit by Royal Mail, which caused the initial delay. We have since dispatched a replacement jacket to you via 24-hour tracked delivery, and the tracking link has been sent directly to your email so you can monitor its arrival.
We sincerely apologise for the initial delay and communication issues you experienced. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we truly appreciate your patience while we worked to make things right.

Good range of gear. Easy to order and quick processing of order. Unfortunately they use Evri for delivery, waited over a week for my parcel even though Evri received the parcel 1 day after placing order.
